Landlord verifies identity
ID and ownership documents are uploaded in the app; phone and email are confirmed with one-time codes. Our admins approve the account.
Listing is paid & reviewed
The KSh 1,500 annual fee is paid via Paystack (M-Pesa or card). The listing then enters our review queue where photos, price and location are checked.
Renters see only the real thing
Approved listings go live for 365 days with a verified badge. Anything reported or suspicious is pulled back into review immediately.

💳 Payments never touch us
Every shilling is processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider (a Stripe company). We never see your card number or M-Pesa PIN — and you'll always receive a Paystack receipt.
